How we came to be one of the most successful catering businesses in Adelaide

Our Story

Fieldhouse Catering was established in 2005 by  George & Tracy Fieldhouse

We travel far and wide to provide you with restaurant quality food anywhere!   Founder George a fully qualified chef , alongside his wife Tracy , Son Matt also a fully qualified chef and the rest of the team at Fieldhouse  Catering  are committed to providing  delicious catering options coupled  with  years  of experience  and  adjustable food options to suit all your catering needs. 

Today, Fieldhouse Catering is the chosen resident caterer at the Port Noarlunga SLSC, Two Wells  Football Club, Sea & Rescue Squadron West Beach & The Roo’s Club Victor Harbor. We are one of the preferred caterer at many venues & businesses across South Australia namely, The Rendezvous Experience, Tiny House on the Prairie & Blackwood Winemakers & Brewers Club. 

We pride ourselves on providing exceptional  communication throughout your function planning process, via email, phone and in person and social media. We love what we do, and would love to help you with your next event!

A Few Words About George

George is a fully qualified chef of 25 years + in the South Australian food industry.

Becoming a chef in his early twenties, then working as head chef in some of Adelaide’s busiest Hotels George found his passion for roast and event catering. Thus GA Fieldhouse Gourmet Roasts was born, now known as Fieldhouse Catering.
